The gist of the article is that people “follow” rules only in 2 conditions (1) when scared hell out of them, thereby, left with no option, and hence, are forced to abide by the regulations (2) inner willingness and discipline to follow the rules….

Now, exceptions are (1)  if they are not scared of anything or anyone (2) if no inner discipline … then nothing can be done, its, total chaos then….

Rule are meant to be broken . Policies are meant not to be followed.

Agree ? Disagree ? Confused ? Not confused ?

I believe that “discipline comes from within”. In absence of internal discipline, ethics and education;  no rule , no person can force you to abide by laws or rules or regulations.

Think it over !!

  1. Rule ko broken karna chahiye. Policies ko follow nahi karna chahiye. Terms and condition ka kaise kare? Please reply

    • hii sachin , discipline comes from within . terms and conditions come into play becoz people are not sincere of “their own”, this is the heart of discussion for this article

  2. you are right but this rules are made for ourselves. One thing i want to say you. If you have very big company which is your own. For dicipline you must want to create the rules . And employee must want to obey this rules. Them if your employees are breaks this rules for enjoyment then you are angry or not? What will you do at this time?please must reply on facebook? I have another thinking i will say you after you are replying.

  3. yes, no matter how many rules one make , people will break them , unfollow them, if i wish that the rules should be abided by people of my company , then i may take steps like — deduct salary for late comers , for people who take leave without notice , etc … still i’d stick to what i said (iterate the same) that people / employees may not still be interested to follow rules unless disciplined within. yeah , but for sure , they will be scared , else they’ ll face deduction in salary.. lols…

  4. for punishment(salary deduction, etc. ) your employee will must obey the rule. Means conclusion is that rules are made for follow, not to be broken.
Kya tum mere MAT se sahemat ho? Agar nahi to mai agla example dunga.

  5. lols , people follow rule only on 2 conditions (1) when scared hell out of them and no option is left for them , then they are forced to abide by the regulations (2) inner willingness and discipline to follow the rules….

but , again , now exceptions are (1) what if they are not scared (2) if no inner discipline … then nothing can be done , its then called chaos / “kalyug” .. lols

  6. hii sachin ,i’d iterate that discipline comes from within . terms and conditions come into play becoz people are not sincere of “their own”, this is the heart of discussion for this article
